Gail Grinnell

born Richland, Washington, 1950

BiographyGail Grinnell received her BFA from the University of Washington in 1988. She has participated in awarded residencies at Fundacíon Valparaíso in Mojácar Spain, 2007; The Ballinglen Arts Foundation in Ballycastle, Ireland, 2008 and again in 2010 with a two month fellowship; and the Jentel Foundation in Wyoming, 2010.

In 2008 she received an Artist Trust GAP Grant, in 2012 she was awarded a CityArtist Project Grant from the Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs and Individual Artist Projects Grant from 4Culture and a GAP grant from Artist Trust.
