Gail Grinnellborn Richland, Washington, 1950
Gail Grinnell received her BFA from the University of Washington in 1988. She has participated in awarded residencies at Fundacíon Valparaíso in Mojácar Spain, 2007; The Ballinglen Arts Foundation in Ballycastle, Ireland, 2008 and again in 2010 with a two month fellowship; and the Jentel Foundation in Wyoming, 2010.
In 2008 she received an Artist Trust GAP Grant, in 2012 she was awarded a CityArtist Project Grant from the Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs and Individual Artist Projects Grant from 4Culture and a GAP grant from Artist Trust.
