BiographyMargaret Shirley is a distinguished Oregon artist and teacher. She received her MFA from Portland State University where she also taught for a number of years. She has also served on the faculty of Mt. Hood Community College, Reed College, and Marylhurst University in Oregon. She has had solo exhibitions in Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin, and Missouri. Reed College's Feldenheimer Gallery had a retrospective exhibition of her work in 2011.
