Born in New York in 1951. Son of Robert Rauschenberg and Susan Weil. Studied at Reed and Evergreen Colleges--BA in photography from Evergreen. Taught at Marylhurst University from 1982 to 1996. Founder and curator at Blue Sky Gallery, a photographer's art collective in Portland, OR. Co-founder and past president, Photo Lucida. Has photographed and exhibited his photographs all over the world
