Susan Gott

born Albion, Michigan, 1959

BiographySusan Gott earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in glass from Kent State University; a Bachelor of Arts from Radford University and studied glass at Pilchuck, Haystack, Arrowmont, and Penland Schools. She is the recipient of numerous grants and awards, including an American Craft Council Award of Excellence, Individual Artist Fellowship and New Forms Florida as well as Best of Show and First Place in many exhibitions. She has created large scale public installations in addition to her sculptures and smaller scale works. She currently runs Phoenix Glass Studio in Tampa, Florida.
