Ford/Forlano
American
The artists maintain separate studios in Philadelphia and Santa Fe sending works back and forth. They have noted that David’s strength is color, pattern, and surface while Steven is an expert at building and interlocking three-dimensional structures. They often look to nature for their original inspiration.
Their collaborative works have been exhibited across the U.S. and in Korea. They also can be found in numerous museum collections including Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Museum of Art and Design among many others.
