Chuck Domitrovich

Artist Info
Chuck DomitrovichAmerican

Chuck Domitrovich began making jewelry back in 1988, when he was a student at the University of Washington and took a metal working class. Several years after graduation, a group of antique Russian metal tiaras at a craft show inspired him to being making his own designs. He has been making custom jewelry since that time. Domitrovich mostly works with sterling silver, brass, titanium, mokume gane, and some 14 and 18 karat gold. He also uses semi-precious cabochons and faceted stones to give his work color. He is a member of the Seattle Metals Guild and also the Society of North American Goldsmiths.

Domitrovich notes that he likes to keep his work playful and incorporate clever connections and moving parts, creating combinations and styles that are unexpected.
