Justin Colt Beckman

Justin Colt Beckman studied at Florida Atlantic University and received his bachelor of fine arts from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena before pursuing his master of fine arts in sculpture at Central Washington University. He has had solo exhibitions at PUNCH Gallery, Seattle and 3rd Ward, Brooklyn and in California. Beckman has participated in group exhibitions in the Northwest, California, Florida, and Europe including the 8th Northwest Biennial at Tacoma Art Museum in 2007, Sognando L'italia, Sguardi Sonori, a festival of media- and time-based art in Italy, and most recently, Country Cousins: An Exploration of Contemporary Frontier Myth, at Evergreen State College in Olympia.
