DescriptionHand-formed ceramic plate with irregular fluted wide edge with small loop at the top. Edge is decorated with a pattern of red inset stripes that suggest rays. In the center of the bowl against a dark blue background are three red stars, a medallion with an eagle with outstretched wings and an image of blue and white police car. Stamped across the center and under the medallion is "R1 KISS A COP R2 KICK TODAY"On View
