Sally Cleveland
Sally Cleveland received her BFA from Portland’s Pacific Northwest College of Art in 1981. In 1984-85 and 1988-99, she was a recipient of grants from the Ludwig Vogelstein Foundation. She has had solo exhibitions of her work at galleries in Oregon, Washington, and North Carolina. More recently, she has participated in group exhibitions at Western Oregon University in Monmouth, the Hult Center in Eugene, Tacoma Art Museum, and the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York. Her work can be found in numerous public, corporate, and private collections throughout the Northwest region. Cleveland also has taught at Western Oregon State College, the Oregon College of Art and Craft, and since 1988 has taught at the Pacific Northwest College of Art, Portland, Oregon.
