Elias Hansenborn Indianola, Washington, 1979
Eli Hansen studied art at Whitman College and the New Orleans School of Glass and Print. He has had multiple artist residencies at the University of Ohio and Museum of Glass, Tacoma. Hansen has exhibited his work at galleries in Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, New Orleans, Europe, and Japan and collaborated and exhibited with his brother Oscar Tuazon. He creates installations from a combination of found and handmade objects.
