Andrew Haines Keating
Andrew Keating received his BA in 1970 from Hobart College, Geneva, New York and his MFA from the University of Washington in 1974. During the 1970s he created a number of public artworks around Seattle and actively exhibited at galleries in the area during the 1980s and 1990s until he relocated to New York. In 1987 he was artist-in-residence at the Centrum Foundation and several times during the 1980s and 1990s at Pilchuck Glass School. In 2008 and 2011 he had residencies in Italy and France. Currently he teaches art at Saint Ann’s School in Brooklyn. His work can be found in numerous museum, corporate, and public collections around the Northwest region as well as the Brooklyn Museum of Art and San Angelo Museum of Fine Art.
