Bert Glaunerborn Pforzheim, Germany, 1938
Bert Glauner studied at the Kunst-und Werkschule in Pforzheim, Germany learning painting, jewelry design, stained glass and sculpture design. In 1963 he moved to Mexico City to work in jewelry design later relocating to Morelia, Michoacán where he founded the Morelia Glass Design Center. Glaun is also a founding member of the Association of Glass Artists
