Susan Dory

Susan Dory received her B.F. A. from Iowa State University in 1987 then traveled throughout Asia, the MIddle East and Europe. Her work has appeared in numerous regional group shows, including at the Bellevue Art Museum, Washington; the Bank of America Gallery and the Center of Contemporary Art, both in Seattle. Dory has received both national and local awards including the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, the Willard R. Espy Foundation Artist-in-Residence Fellowship and the Behnke Foundation’s Neddy Artist Fellowship. Most recently (2015) she was a Betty Bowen Award finalist.
